The company was founded in 2002, with a construction area of 32,000 square meters, The company has introduced a series of advanced machines such as fine turning lathes, intermediate frequency quenching machine tools, machining centers, wheel hub unit outer ring grinders, wheel hub unit flange grinders, spline broaching machines, grinding automatic lines and so on Processing and production equipment, but also the introduction of Japan Tokyo precision profiler, Germany Bruker spectrometer, Japan Kosaka roundness meter and roughness measuring instrument, length measurement instrument, Vickers hardness tester, metallographic microscope, tensile testing machine and a series of advanced testing equipment.

Area: more than 315 square meters
Equipment: It has 24 sets of instruments and equipment suitable for its testing business.
Personnel: 11 staff, including 7 engineering and technical personnel. The vice president is the director of the laboratory.
Institution: There are 3 rooms, including “Conventional Performance Testing Room”, “Durability Performance Testing Room” and
“Parts Measurement Room”.
Note: In June 2019, it passed the third-party audit certification of BYD.
